Three White Lights Ascension is designed for the intermediate to advanced olympic weightlifter who wants to compete at the highest level. If you're looking to qualify, compete, podium at the highest level of National meets and beyond into the International scene this is the program for you. We began implementing this program in 2019 which led to PR's at every single competition since for Medina and began the ascension from 15th place at Nationals to National Champion, American Open Champion, Pan American Champion, World team member, and Olympic hopeful. This will be the exact program we will be using as we head into the World Championships and Olympic qualifiers beyond that until we reach the Olympic Games. This program will beat you down but will create champions out of those who endure it, this is what it takes to be elite.
This is a live program and will fluctuate between 7 to 8 training sessions a week depending on the current block of training.
